VBS 2015

Evan and Alex were lucky to attend VBS this year since I volunteered to help.  Our cousins were in town for Ravyn's birthday so we decided to let them all go to VBS every night from Sunday through Thursday.  Ravyn and Elise helped in the preschool area, while Cody & Grayson went to their classes to have fun.  Ravyn helped in Alex's room.  Elise helped in several areas, with the last 3 nights helping in my room with Evan.  We had 13 3 year olds and there was more than one 3 year old class.  On Sunday night they had 907 children total!

The kids had a great time with puppets, music, water sports, jumping houses, and more. This was a picture of Evan with his class.

Evan's friend, Ellie, was in the other 3 year old class. (All the 1 - 3 year old were volunteer children only as they VBS started at age 4.)

 This was a raccoon that came to visit us. Evan made him perform the obligatory patty cake.

 Evan made a friend that wanted to hold his hand during the puppet show. 

 After two days of rain, we were finally able to go outside one evening and enjoy the playground.

 I let Alex (blue shirt) join us in the 3 year old music class. He danced & loved watching the other kids.

 The last night Cody got to run through some of the bouncy houses while Grayson & Elise stood in line for free ice cream.

It was a great, but tiring week!
