That evening we had a birthday party planned for Alex at Chick-fil-A. Mom and Grayson were sick so could not attend. Chick-fil-A has an indoor playground, cow, and balloons. Each child received a 6 piece chicken nugget meal. We order food platters for the adults. The first 5 minutes of the party was great, until Evan got sick all over Elise. Happy birthday, Elise! Vince and dad ran Evan home to hold him and put him to bed. Luckily, he only got sick one more time and then was over it. We continued on with the party. I didn't feel great, but wasn't quite sick. That night at 1 am, Alex got sick in bed. Needless to say, it was a party to remember. It was a great location and I loved seeing all of our friends. Sharing a stomach bug is not a great way to spend family vacation and birthday parties.
Elise changed shirts and partied with us.
Proof that Evan was there! This was right before he got sick.
Alex had a great time with some friends from school and family friends.
Even Handy the Elf sent Alex a gift from the North Pole of his adventures all during December while he was at our house.
On January 3rd, Alex's actual birthday, we took Alex to eat at Shogun Japanese Steakhouse.
Happy 4th birthday, Alex! We love you!!
