Cute Happy Baby

Evan now smiles almost every time he sees you.  It can be after being gone to work all day, or just 2 minutes earlier, but he breaks out in a smile all the time now.  He even laughs more too, and not just a little giggle.  He is so cute with his smiles and laughs. He's ticklish and laughs every time he's tickled.  What a cute, happy baby!
