This Valentine's Day was so much better than last year's. First of all, Vince & I were both healthy. Last year he was sick & then I got sick. Last year's dinner consisted of Walmart deli dinners & cold medicine. This year, I cooked dinner at home. I gave Vince some nice chocolates and a card and fixed homemade egg rolls, pork roast, and asparagus. For dessert, we ate chocolate dipped strawberries.
Vince brought me the most gorgeous display of flowers he has ever given me. I got 2 dozen brightly colored roses. He also gave me two bags of Ghiradhelli chocolate. Yum! After eating a romantic dinner with our good china by candle light, we then watched The Bachelor. I had a wonderful, romantic Valentine's Day!
I'm so glad you had a great holiday :) Brian and I still haven't celebrated!
