On the way home from Florida, we stopped in Savannah, GA to break up our trip & to get out & stretch. I have been wanting to go see Paula Deen's restaurant & store for quite some time. It was so exciting being able to see her store. We parked on River Street & walked up the street to check out all the stores. We then walked up to Paula's restaurant. They were closed at 4pm when we were there, but offered us an 8pm dining time. I would love to eat there, but we were not going to be there at 8pm. It was hot, yet so nice to walk around & see the town. I would love to stay there for a long weekend.
